Step-by-step instructions for running your automated product import, AI blogging, image card creation, and video publishing system.

Overview

This step imports your store products into the system. You can collect product links automatically from your store using our custom Chrome extension or add single product links manually.

Store Prerequisite

Log in to your store portal (business.wed2c.com >> Online Store >> Theme >> Website Theme) and ensure the Default Theme is active. This guarantees clean product layout reading and prevents missing details.

How to Collect Links using Chrome Extension:
  1. Open the Shop All page on your WED2C store website.
  2. Click the WED2C Linker browser extension icon and click Scroll For Link.
  3. Wait for the page to finish auto-scrolling until a completion message appears on your screen.
  4. Reopen the extension popup and click Export All Links (csv).
  5. Open the downloaded file, set the top header row columns to source and link, and upload it on the Upload Links page.

Overview

Once product links are saved, the system opens each page behind the scenes to gather essential information needed for marketing (product titles, pricing, descriptions, and high-resolution photo galleries).

How to Process Pending Links:
  1. Navigate to the Process Links tab in the sidebar navigation.
  2. Set your desired batch size (e.g., 5 to 10 products per run).
  3. Click Start Processing Batch.
  4. The progress bar will update automatically while the system reads each store page, downloads product media, and saves clean structured data.
Multi-Stage Fetching Backup

If a store page loads slowly or uses special interactive scripts, our automated engine automatically retries using 3 distinct fallback fetching techniques so no product gets left behind.

Overview

Transforms raw product specifications into engaging, magazine-style promotional blog posts complete with inline product photos and direct buy links.

Workflow Instructions:
  1. Generate Blog Drafts: Visit Process Blogs, select your batch quantity, and click Generate Blogs. AI writers draft detailed product spotlights (≥ 300 words).
  2. Review Queue: Check your drafts in the Blogger Hub table to inspect generated titles, tags, and formatted preview layouts.
  3. Schedule to Store Blog: Select your desired queue items and click Send to Blogger. The system assigns publishing dates spaced 2 hours apart for smooth automated publishing.

Overview

Renders clean, high-resolution promotional image cards (800x1100 px) featuring rounded product photos, pricing tags, custom typography, and scannable purchase QR codes.

How to Create Graphic Cards:
  1. Go to the Process Cards page.
  2. Choose how many items to process and click Start Generation.
  3. Preview completed cards directly inside the dashboard table.
  4. Click the Social button next to any item to generate ready-to-post social media captions and hashtags tailored specifically for that card.

Overview

Automatically stitches product photos, voiceover narration, animated title bars, pricing tags, and a call-to-action QR code outro into 9:16 vertical MP4 videos for YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

Video Generation & Social Sharing Steps:
  1. Navigate to the Process Videos page.
  2. Click Start Video Generation to render vertical video clips.
  3. Once complete, select your connected social media channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) from the account dropdown.
  4. Click Send to Buffer to queue your video asset, title, and marketing description for instant social publishing.
